Kanye West’s mom died last week, of course, and people don’t understand that when you’re put under anesthesia, it’s a very serious risk; that’s why anesthesiologists get paid like rock stars. I don’t have any problem with cosmetic enhancements if you have a modicum of realism or a strong sense of self-worth, but these idiots who go under the knife hoping they’ll come out looking like somebody completely different…it’s just so sad."
