Permanent cosmetics -- tattooed-on brows, eyeliner and lip color -- are becoming as indispensable to young female power brokers as their BlackBerries. Boatner, who owns Kari Boatner Permanent Cosmetics in Daytona Beach, said the procedure can simplify any woman's life. "It's great for busy moms and active women," she said. "You've got your makeup on and are ready to go," she said. "It is a huge timesaver and gives you a lot of confidence. Your eyeliner is never running."
