On Purim, community activist Max Kessler circulated a petition at Shaarei Tefila (a Modern Orthodox shul in Hancock Park) to keep the rabbi. President Aaron Kin took this as an affront, and ordered Max Kessler to stop circulating the petition. Aaron Kin wanted the rabbi out. Kessler refused to listen. Kin got physical with Kessler and Kessler hit back. Today, Aaron Kin fired the Rabbi and ordered him to leave the shul, warning him that if he steps foot in the shul again, the Rabbi will be escorted out by security.

"Luke Ford reports all of the 'juicy' quotes, and has been doing it for years." (Marc B. Shapiro)
"This guy knows all the gossip, the ins and outs, the lashon hara of the Orthodox world. He’s an [expert] in... all the inner workings of the Orthodox world." (Rabbi Aaron Rakeffet-Rothkoff)
"I don’t understand how you reconcile Orthodox Judaism with White Nationalism." (Paul Gottfried)
"You sound irresistibly interesting." (Kevin MacDonald)
"Ford is a smart guy; he certainly understands Jews. He was trying to interview me but I refused. He's on Facebook and perhaps Twitter. I guess he was an evangelical who converted to Jewism. I don't know whether he's pro or anti-Jew, doesn't really matter, but he writes clearly and persuasively about what Jews are doing, no matter his motive." (Alex Linder)
"After reading your web site, I conclude that you have either (a) accomplished what I never though possible, namely transforming flattery of Jewish vanity from what I had always considered a lowly craft into a rarified art form (and I mean that as a compliment) or (b) concealed from your readership the fact that you are a remarkably devious rascal." (Yggdrasil)
