In this day and age, the pressure to 'look good' is as high as ever. It seems like every where you look, there is an ad or a commercial reminding you of how flawed your features are. Not only is this effecting the adults, but even elementary age kids are feeling the same pressures. And if you have acne on top of that, it can be very stressful and depressing. If you or someone you know is suffering from acne, these tips will be very beneficial.

1. Have A Good Diet: Your whole entire body is effected by your diet, including your skin. Be sure to have a good diet, with plenty of fruits and vegetables.

2. Drink Plenty Of Water: Drink several glasses of water every day. This will help remove toxins from your body.

3. Wash Regularly: Washing your face 2-3 times a day with an anti-bacterial skin cleanser is vital in eliminating your acne.

4. Exercise: Exercising is an excellent stress reliever. Acne is known to get worse during times of high stress. Exercising will also increase the amount of oxygen you receive to your skin, which will help treat the problem.

5. Stop Smoking: This isn't necessarily easy, but smoking is only going to make your problem worse. If you really want the best chance at eliminating your acne, then smoking is something you just can't do.

Though they might take some getting used to, these tips are fairly simple, and can be mastered after a reasonable amount of time. Just remember to keep a positive attitude and be patient.
